O. Regulation 297/13 addresses Mandatory Health and Safety Awareness Training for all workers and supervisors in Ontario. It is a major undertaking that is long overdue!

Our Health and Safety Awareness Training Solutions combine current web technology with training program content expertise (provided by Construction Safety Solutions Inc.) and wireless audience response systems to bring you user-friendly, effective Health and Safety training programs.

Our Health & Safety awareness programs exceed the requirements of O. Regulation 297/13 set out by the MOL addressing mandatory Health and Safety Training for all workers and supervisors in Ontario.

We believe that the “one brush fits all” approach to Health and Safety Training simply does not work! 

WorkShield has developed three programs to meet the requirements of O.Regulation 297/13: a construction worker program, a construction supervisor program and an office worker program.

They are all available online as E-learning programs or you can purchase a self-use program package and do your own training, or we will provide facilitated training programs.

WorkShield provides the participant with certificates/cards and maintains the results database.
